When I open my HP Solution Centre icon, previously I used to get access to scanning, but now all I get is a box coming up with a large letter F in a pink background and the letter i in a blue circle. I just can't get beyond this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled again but the same problem persists. HELP PLEASE! Thank you.
