The menu screen on my printer is blank and blue color. I have tried the recommendations of unplugging waiting and the plugging the power cord in to the wall and then the printer. The printer has power, but no boot up. Just the same blue screen. Cannot access any menu options. Also, it will not turn off or go in to sleep mode. Nothing happens when I push the power button for either a short or long time.
