Envy 4502
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Envy 4502

Will not completely turn on.

Pressing the power button, the HP  Logo and Progress Bar show in the display, none of the usual noises are heard, then after about 10 seconds, the following is shown:

ERROR CODE

0X83C0000A

NOS_LOADER_APP

Then it goes into brick mode.  None of the buttons work.

Printer is plugged in directly to power outlet in wall.  Unplugging, waiting 60 seconds, trying again does not work.

Pressing power button resets the printer, but the problem persists.

Please help.

None of the suggestions work.  Looks like servicing is needed.  What are my options?
