I'm trying to print some invitations using 5.5 x 7.75 cardstock paper. In the print settings, I indicate the paper size and weight, but when the printer starts to print (the cartridges move as if it's printing something), only part of my text is printed or not printed at all.
When I feed a lighter weight paper, it prints the entire document. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help!

Welcome to the HP Community @braddahDane ,
I read your message about the issues you have been having with printing on 5.5 x 7.75 card stock, from your Officejet 4630 and wanted to reach out. I have checked the printers specifications and noticed the driver does not support the size you are wanting to print on, which is most likely why you are having a hard time printing on the card stock. However, you can try printing in Fast Draft mode to see if this will help, if not, try a size that the printer supports.

Hey there @kbpw,
Welcome to the HP Community
Some printers do support that size however, the Officejet 4635 does not. If you have another model of printer, just visit www.hp.com, Support & troubleshooting, and type in your printer model and scope out the printers specifications for all of the information about that specific unit.
I hope that helps,

Hi, I have cardstock that is 8.5x11 and when I print, it starts halfway down the document. If I print on regular copy paper, then it prints the entire document. I tried to realign my printer, and turn off then try again.
