Product: HP OfficeJet Pro X451dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am using ( HP OfficeJet Pro X451dn ) printer in Korea.

 

but, ( Error Code 0XB8098A24 / P1 0XE0098A24 )


I do not use because of this.

 

Inform solution.

 

Put inquiry to Korean service centers, but here does not know well.

I had someone try to boot up without the network cable and it was able to boot to  a ready state without the error. I suspect this error may be due to a pending print job on the network.

Thanks! after delete all files in the path: C:/WINDOWS/system32/spool/PRINTERS, the problem is solved.
