Product: HP Scanjet G4010 Photo Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded and opened the latest driver and then downloaded and ran setup_basic_G4010_14_5_0_1 (1).  I hoped that was installation software, but it could not find the scanner.  I know it is connected because when I press one of the keys on the scanner it will scan one page and one page only.  I need the software that allows me to use all the features.
