Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all!

 

I have an Envy AIO that belongs to a family friend. They're suffering from memory issues, and all the passwords are lost. Thankfully, there was nothing critical on the machine, so the family asked me to wipe it, and reinstall a clean copy of windows 10. That went easy enough, but now when I go to the HP page for this model, it tells me "We were unable to find drivers for your product" which seems strange for such a recent system.

 

I tried search terms for "wifi drivers" and "ethernet drivers", and am getting either garbage results, or nothing at all.

 

It it really true that there are no downloadable drivers for the hardware, or does HP hide such things in strange places?

it pops up right on W10, so perhaps there was a temporary glitch when you did it.

 

You need theseWi-Fi and ethernet drivers...

 

Wifi:

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Driver

Ethernet:

 

Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver
