I have a HP envy 15 notebook pc laptop with windows 8.1
I just recently tried to play a movie on it and it didnt work.
The disk tray starts to spin then stops for about 2 seconds then starts spinning again and wont stop until i eject the dvd, I tried the vlc player but that didnt work either, dvd is widescreen not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also, i havent had this problem with any dvd movies before, only the one i tried to play recently Im not to computer savvy, some help would be apperciated. Thanks
