Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I forgot my username and password, therefore I am unable to acess "Web Services" and several other options for my printer. Can you PLEASE help me reset both the "username/password"?  Thank you in advance for your help in resolving this issue.

Just wondering why you didn't  tell me how to access  "SUPPORT  MENU"? Push "power off" button, once printer is off push "power on" button again.  As soon as the display screen comes on, push the"back arrow" button 4 times.

Hi,

 

How do you access Web services ? Using direct access (its IP address) or from Printer Assistant ? HP won't keep your username and password.

Hello again,

 

When I click on "WEB SERVICES" a window pops up and says "AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED" and lists my IP address and requires "USERNAME/PASSWORD".
