I haven't been able to print important emails.  The print comes out with the advertisements around the message but not the messages itself

May i know which printer are you using and if you are using eprint to print the email.

I am trying to print from a new printer HP OfficeJet which shows - print, fax, scan, copy, web.  When i try to print a email the material does not come thru.

Hi,

 

If you are using gmail, please refer the image attached.

 

On the right side when you click on Print you get an option for print the email, using any of the printer drivers installed for your printer.
