HI @jcollazoreyes,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

In order for me to assist you better, I will require more information.

What's your product number? If you're not sure how to locate that info click here for instructions: http://ow.ly/RSYXp

What is the error message you're receiving?

Are you hearing beeping noises?

When you type your password is there a delay after you press the keys?

It sounds like your computer is freezing, rather than the keyboard if you tried a second keyboard.

If you need further assistance, please let me know the following information above. I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂

Thanks for getting back to me and providing your product information.

I'm assuming that you're also running Windows 8? Is this correct?

I would like you to start with performing a hard reset:

If the issue persists, I recommend that we test for hardware failures.

I hope this information is helpful. Please respond to this post with the results. Good Luck!
