I always get the information: Accu not found. Also when I use HP PC Harware Diagnostics Windows.

Is my Accu defect or do I need a new driver. What driver is handling the accu?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop as the account information is not available on the HP PC hardware disagnostics.

 

Uninstall the HP PC hardware diagnostics and restart the PC to clear possible error condition.

 

Reinstall it back again by clicking on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.
