As a customer, we are disappointed that the Web CAM of the HP laptop has been not able to work in just 2-3 months after purchase.  As a student, the laptop is an important tool and we really wish it could be fixed during term break which would be ended soon
 
However, HP authorized drop off center in Mongkok Hong Kong just provided two choices to us.
 
1st choice: - just waiting but no any schedule.
2nd choice - get back the laptop (This is really not a solution to a customer. The problem has not yet resolved.)
 
In order to solve the issue, we wish HP could arrange the Web CAM part during the time that we get back the laptop. Meanwhile, a concrete schedule for the Web CAM part is needed.  It is really not reasonable for keep us waiting and waiting.
