contrary to what most people on any manufacturer page say, technically, yes. you can, would it be worth it? depends.
Most laptops are made with their graphics card integrated to the motherboard OR to the processor.
As far as I can see, your Processor is an Intel i3 2.4 Ghz with the HD graphics card right?
So, to get a new graphics card, you need to change the processor to a newer one that does fit your board. Make sure to do lots of research before purchasing a new processor.
As an Example, I did change the graphic card on my HP Pavilion Notebook 17 (hp e110dx) by changing the AMD A8 4500m to an AMD A10 4600m. Along with the increase of processor power, I got the features of the integrated graphics card from the new processor.
check on cpu-world.com or cpuboss.com to check which processors fit best.
BUT.... there goes the bad news... hahaha
laptops, if not maintained well it will overheat, the new graphic card with the new processor will use a greater amount of strength.

Most times it is just recommendable to get a new laptop with greater power.
Hope this helps 😄
cheers!
