I have a Compaq Presario C795VU (FF411PA#ACJ) laptop, HDD was 160GB sothat I upgraded to 320GB but its always show in my taskbar (safely remove hardware and eject media).
Is it any problem of my laptop, OS, hardware etc ?

Error on the taskbar. Is that right?
I would like to help you.
I recommend you try to reinstall the USB root hubs from the device manager and restart the PC once and check if that fixes the issue.
Also, check if you have plugged any USB media like an OS installation media.
