Hi:

Go to the control panel>programs>let the list populate, uninstall any amd software you see there and restart the PC.

Then go to the device manager, click to expand the display adapter device manager category, right click on the Intel and amd display adapters listed there one at a time, select uninstall, check the uninstall driver box, restart the PC and install the driver I posted.

Hi:

See if these drivers work.

For the graphics, you must only install the AMD graphics driver which installs the drivers for both the AMD and Intel GPU's.

You must not install the Intel graphics driver, as that is only for the g6 notebook models with just the Intel graphics.

Graphics:

This package provides the AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and Catalyst Control Center for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. For notebooks with switchable graphics modes, this package includes drivers for both graphics processing units (GPUs). Switchable graphics enable users to switch between a power-saving graphics mode (normally used under battery power) and a high-performance graphics mode. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

USB:

This package provides the Intel USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The driver enables USB 3.0 devices.

You probably need to install the bluetooth driver for the Ralink wlan card your notebook has for the bluetooth to work...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink Bluetooth in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

I think the PC is overheating, etc because the graphics driver isn't installed.

Thanks for your support @Paul_Tikkanen .
I have already downloaded two driver softwares from the official website of AMD: which are
1) Catalyst Software Suite v15.7.1
2) Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1
Beta
So before installing those software i want to know that if these softwares are compatible with my system because i don't want to proceed to any trouble without knowing. Please help.

You're very welcome.

You cannot use the generic drivers directly from AMD.

You can only use the driver I posted for the graphics.

You will never be able to update the graphics driver.

Thanks alot again @Paul_Tikkanen for giving your precious time.
So may i know that the driver pack which you have provided contains both the softwares.
Will i ever get the chance to use the Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta.
If i try to install the drivers that i have downloaded from AMD cause any harm to my pc?

Here is the driver description...

As far as using the Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta...You will never be able to use it.

Try it and see what happens...the switchable graphics will no longer function.

It will not cause any harm to your PC by tring the driver.  It just will not work correctly, and you will be forced to uninstall it and use the one I posted above.

Sorry, but it is what it is.

You are forever stuck with that old switchable graphics driver.
