Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I purchased my laptop 4 or 5 years ago and I had to replace the hinges on it. They were coming apart and the frame around the screen had opened up. I paid and had it replaced for $300 because my warranty had expired. Well here it is almost 2 years later and it was getting harder and harder to open. Then I noticed cracks on the back of the laptop so I started opening the laptop slowly. Well, now it's cracked so I don't close it. I'm disgusted because I truly like HP products.  I haven't found a number to call without a fee. What a waste of money!!
