Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
A month ago I send my HP Spectre 360 to HP. The screen suffered from 'ghost touches' and needed to be repaired. At first I was told it took about 10 days, but now a month has passed. And I have no Idea when I get my laptop back. Sick of it.

Does anybody has a clue?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hi Kevin,

 

Any idea how long how long it's gonna take for the team to contact me?  I really don't want to wait another week or so. And I hope they have more info than I allready have on the status page.
