Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am currently having HP Pavilion laptop (Product number: Z3D15EA; Product name: HP Pavilion -15-au191sa) which has a standard keyboard/
Is it possible to replace this with a backlit keyboard?

Yes you can.
It only comes along with topcover and touchpad assembly.
Go through Pages 3, 55-56 for the part number you need to buy: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05273198
