Hello! I just talked with an HP customer service representative a few hours ago and I came away with the impression that she didn't know the answer to my questions, or that she answered them wrong. So here are my questions.
Regarding new HP 15t Touch that I have purchased but not yet received: http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-laptop---15t-z8w64av-1
1. What is the exact model of this laptop? I don't know if it really is z8w64av-1 because there isn't a support page for that number.
2. What is the support page and manual for this laptop? It's not really an 15-ay100 CTO is it?!
3. What AC power adapter is used for this laptop? (I need to buy a 2nd one). The rep told me it was an HP 45 watt, but the support page says it's either a 65 watt or a 90 watt...
4. What is the maximum amount of DDR4-RAM that this laptop can use? The rep told me it was 16gb, but then again the customization page only allows a maximum of 12gb...
5. When I get this laptop, can I install a fresh version of Windows 10 (like off of Technet) using the product key it comes with? I've heard that this laptop includes a ton of bloatware.
Thank you in advance for reading my post and answering my questions.

Thanks Visruth for your great answer. I just have one question left.
3. How do I determine the exact adapter I need? Or is it possible that I can use both a 65w and a 45w? I am tempted to say it's the 45w one, but I've checked those on Amazon and they don't show the HP 15t Touch as a compatible model.
Thanks again.
