excuse me, i have this notebook for a few month ago. i think to upgrade my memory because i got problem for running some software and it become force close sometimes. my question is can i upgrade my notebook memory? thank you

Well, yes but. Here are the specs:
You have the Celeron N3050 processor which is about the weakest sold in any consumder laptop. There are more powerful cell phone processors, practically. You have 2 gigs of RAM and it is possible to install up to 8 gigs. Here is the Service Manual:
See p. 43. You have to remove the back cover which is not extremely hard but technically puts the warranty at risk. You should be OK as long as no damage is done.
You have a single memory slot so you would have to get this single 8 gig module and toss your 2 gig module:
8-GB (DDR3L-1600) 693374-005
Upgrading to 4 or 8 gigs of RAM will help some, but you are still going to have to baby that laptop and not try to do anything too demanding. Limit the number of programs running, and make sure to minimize what starts up automatically. It should be OK for email, word processing and Facebook but likely is going to struggle with even Youtube video.
