Hi,

 

             Yes you can upgrade to 8GB.

 

2 customer-accessible/upgradable SODIMM slots:

● DDR3-1333 MHz Dual Channel Support (DDR3-1600 MHz downgrade to DDR3-1333 MHz) Supports the following configurations up to 8 GB:

● 8192 MB total system memory (4096×2) (No support for 32 bit OS)

● 6144 MB total system memory (4096×1 + 2048×1) (No support for 32 bit OS)

● 4096 MB total system memory (4096×1 or 2048×2)

● 2048 MB total system memory (2048×1)

 

Check page # 1 from Chapter 1 for more information

Hi,

 

        Could you give the more information about your product. Product number and Model number of the unit you are using.

 

 

Based on the manual listed in the below link you can upgrade the RAM to 8GB. Check page # 3 from Chapter 1
