Can I use a 3200MHZ instead of the suggested 2666MHZ for the HP Probook 450 G7, lets say for example the Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR4 3200MHz ?

Yes, that would be fine.

 

The DDR4-3200 MHz memory will automatically bridge to 2666 MHz if that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
