will my HP elitebook 8440p function well and perform the function that a window 11 pc will perform if i change the processor and RAM to a higher grade,beside is it possible to change the processor,graphic card and TPM if yes is it advisable judging by the price of a new pc...if the process is feasible with the expenses inclusive, please kindly recommend all hardware that may be needed for replacement so that the pc will function optimally afterward

There are no hardware upgrades you can do to your notebook to have it meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.

 

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.

 

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

 

I used the method I posted in the discussion to successfully upgrade the HP 6930p which was the previous model to yours, to W11 and it worked fine using the W7 drivers for some of the devices that did not have drivers after the upgrade.
