Please help! I love and need my notebook! I have a Pavillion G6-2200. In December I began having overheating problems. i was able to clean a very clogged fan and for the last three months it has been running perfectly, well except I could not longer use my wireless. Then on Friday it just shut down. I wasn't able to turn it back on for several hours and then it shut off again. I've cleaned and replaced the thermal paste on the heat sync. I cleaned the fan and down loaded cpuid. Now I can turn it on and it will operate for approximately 10minutes before it shuts down. It will turn back on but obly after I remove and replace the battery. Below is screen shot of the cpuid log. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tardis40,
Thank you for the suggestion, but the problem turned out to be a bad battery. This was a 2 year old battery and once I switched to power supply only the laptop has been fine. I have an order in for a replacement battery.
