Pavilon x2 10-n100nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I bought Pavilon x2 10-n100nw three months ago. At the beggining everything was going OK, but as I've been using it for some time now, I noticed that if want to use it on my bed or any softer place, the keyboard, where also the additional hard drive is placed, detaches itself. Also, the same situatuon occurs when I try typing anything without any hard place to put the laptop on. Is it a problem with the connection between the keyboard and display? It seems too short to be properly connecting those.  That might be nothing, but sometimes I really need to work on bed and it casuses problems like: programs installed on the additional hard drive to crash etc.

What might be a solution?

Regards!

Keyboard dock unstable connectivity. Is that right?

I will definitely help you.

The Notebook needs a hard sturdy surface to rest as it needs to balance the weight of the screen.

Any uneven surface, it might cause the weight imbalance resulting in disconnections from the slot/port.

Browse the sentence “Safety warning notice” which explains you the need of a hard surface for the PC to be used.
