Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried updating to the latest video drivers from the HP website and all I am left with is a black screen...

 

I have rolled back my system to correct the issue. any suggestions on updating my graphics? the amd website ones cause too many issues with stuff.

 

Driver version: 15.201.1101.0 is installed

Have you tried updating, or restoring the BIOS?  You can use the following document to help you, if needed: HP Notebook PCs - Restoring the BIOS

It worked no problem...

 

Restored Bios, Updated Bios, Installed latest Graphics update.

 

Laptop is 100% operational.
