15-ac185no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought a new HP Notebook 15-ac185no with Windows 10 yesterday, and found that none of the function keys are working.

It seems I couldn't find any drivers for it for my model, so I looked at some of the other threads on this topic, and none of the solutions there worked for my computer. Is there a driver I can download?

Thanks!

Hello @AnsoMannso,

I came across your post about the keyboard issue, and wanted to help!  I understand that the Fn +F key combination is not working.

First, try downloading and installing the following driver: sp75728.exe

If you are still having trouble, then try reviewing the following document, and let me know how it goes: HP Notebook PCs - Disable The Fn + Function Key Combination on Certain Models
