Hello @Myfordcar,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums!

I understand the display on your HP 15 notebook is not coming back after using it to dual screen. I want to help you resolve this issue.

Does it sound like the computer boots?

Do you see a cursor of any kind?

First, please begin with a hard reset. Once that is complete, try these steps:

1. When the notebook powers on wait 2-3 minutes

2. Perform your login as if you could see the screen (click enter, type in the password, click enter again)

3. Wait 1-2 minutes

4. Use the project screen key, and click it slowly a few times (5 seconds between clicks) to see if anything changes.

For specific information, please provide the product number.

I look forward to the results!
