A few weeks ago when the problem begun, I had done it using media I had created. This time I had done it using the recovery partition.

Thank you for the update,


I recommend you utilize the recovery media as it removes the partition entirely and then recreates the partition to resolve all the issues that the partition alone cannot,

If the recovery media doesn't work either, you will have to contact HP for to set up a repair order as they will need to flash your bios and install/copy a different version of OS directly to your PC.

 

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.
