I received my computer yesterday and spent over five hours with tech support and my touchscreen still doesn't work. Why wasn't it tested before it left the warehouse. College begins next week and I do not have a working device!!

All of your customer service is overseas. The return address is in Memphis, but I was told it would take nine days to get another one out to me!! This is unacceptable!! Is there anything else that can be done! We did the factory restore to no avail!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
