Hi! Kindly please help me troubleshoot my Hp envy notebook. I am having a hard imenusing since I bought it 4 months ago.
1. wifi keeps turning off and it takes time to turn on.Only airplane mode appears in the network connection.
2.the battery will easily to consume eventhough I always shut it down properly.
3. there was an instance the touch pad function didn't worked(zoom in and zoom out)
I am hoping for your immediate response of the above issues.Thank you.

Here is a document for Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10).
For the battery please follow steps to Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows 10).
Also look at Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10).

If you try a recovery and got error, you can try a Windows 10 clean install.
