HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bluetooth feature for my HP laptop [15-ac178nr] stopped working after Realtek RTL8723BE Bluetooth Driver for MS Windows update. Bluetooth device no longer appears within the device manager. This driver only appears within the list of Network Adapters as a "WiFi Adapter". I would typically roll back the driver but, that option is not selectable within the properties menu. Please advise.

Hi @A2Ruff,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I read your post about your HP 15-ac178nr Notebook not detecting the Bluetooth. I would uninstall the Reattek driver and restart the Notebook. Update the Bluetooth the driver from the Device Manager.

Here is a link that shows you how to check that Bluetooth discovery settings are turned on and file sharing is also turned on.

Please get back to me how this goes.
