Be sure there isn't another device nearby that is also connecting to the speaker - for example any of the other devices you've successfully used before.

Try cycling power to the ChromeBook, and turn BlueTooth off/on.

As mentioned, is there a special routine that you have to perform on the speaker to get it into "Pairing Mode"?

(I play music from my HP ChromeBook to a BT speaker all the time!)   🙂

Need assistance in Making the Bluetooth speaker work on the PC. Is that, Correct?

I need few information in order to provide the correct solution.

  • Have you been able to pair the speakers with the PC?
  • Any errors regarding the Bluetooth driver?
  • Do the speakers pair with any phone and play?
  • Please provide the model number of the Chromebook as well.

Please share more to serve you.

thanks, I have paired my speaker with it and the first time I did it it worked. I have paired my speaker with a phone and it was great. I don't know the number, all I know is that it is the latest model.

Thanks
