Hi,
My sister and I received a laptop each as presents, one is the ProBook 6560b and the other one is the 5330m, after installing Windows 7 SP1 32-BIT both of them are missing the "Other Devices -> Base System Device" drivers, and in both cases the USB ports and sound ports don't work.
Any ideas as to which drivers are required? I looked under the "Support & Drivers" section for both models but I couldn't see anything that was obviously referring to the missing drivers...
Any help will be highly appreciatted.
Cheers,
EB

Hi Dinesh,
Go into Device Manager, right click on the device and select Properties. Click the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with the details shown under Value.
