Missing Base System Device Driver

I have a similar problem since I've upgraded from VISTA Home Basic to Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.

The errors shows as follows :

I installed Win8 update over Win7...now I have this base sytem device problem. Here's what you asked everyone else... HP Pavillion dv7t-3100

hello i miss my base system driver on my hp probook 6545b notebook. where can i download it?

and i cant get internet connection! i can't search up wireless wifi's and when i use a cable it say's that it's unidentified! what do i do??

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a proud owner of a HP Tablet PC TC1100.  I had a lot of work to do in restoring this machine.  I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate on it and downloaded as many of the drivers as I possibly could. However, I am getting this same issue on my Tablet...  I have done as your requested the others and have pasted the values below...  I hope there is a resolution for this issue...

Dear HP people

 I just got a laptop from a friend by a model HP pavilion dv6135ea. I just upgraded the RAM to 2 GB and the to windows 7. i was able to find all the drivers exept the base System Device 2 times and the web come do not respond and no sound from my speaker but works with head set. Also the mic do not respond.
