Product: HP officejet 4500 wireless

hello my printer keeps printing in double visioned words. I tried resetting the printer, aligned i

the cartilage, and ran all the other tests etc. when I run the test from the printer, the quality comes out fine,  but when I print out something from the computer, all the words come out double like 3D.  

please any advice would be appreciated.

The symptoms you describe could be caused by an ink buildup on the encoder strip.  The troubleshooting steps in the post here may resolve double printing in your Officejet 4500.  Be sure to heed the warnings, the encoder strip is fragile and can be damaged by rough handling.
