hi! My brother put a non-HP cartridge in here before, and not sure how he did that. Replaced with new HP cartridges, tried 67XL first, got this error. Then tried 67 and tri-color appears to be ok, but black still has this error. Tried rebooting, pulling power for 10 mins, even reset factory defaults. Same issue

Appreciate the help. Going to get new printer- if someone can help solve this, we will keep it as backup- maybe until next time brother visits! Haha
