Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.... we are getting heavy black lines along the side of the printouts. We've done the Cleaning task in the Settings a few times and the issue is not getting better. See it also with a new cartridge. We have the HP Laser Jet Pro, M227fdw.

 

How do we resolve this problem?

What is drum life on your printer, if low replace the drum with a new one.

Drum is original from April 2019. I just inspected it and after removing toner build-up, I can see scratches around the rod on the side. So replace the whole imaging drum unit?

Yes, the drum is worn out, and needs  to be replaced.
