Hi @Helpmenow16,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Facing an error message like 0x61011bed can be frustrating, but let's see if we can troubleshoot the issue. Here are some steps you can try.

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the cyan cartridge is installed correctly. Remove it and reinsert it to make sure it's properly seated.
  • Clean Cartridge Contacts: Sometimes, dirt or ink residue on the cartridge contacts can cause communication issues. Gently wipe the contacts on the cartridge with a lint-free cloth.
  • Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. Look for a reset option in the printer's menu or consult the user manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Check the HP website for firmware updates and follow the instructions to install them.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
