Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw

IMG_1133.jpegIMG_1133.jpegI have had an issue with color print quality for awhile now. I don't use this printer much so figured I would start with replacing the years old toner cartridges. All 4 are HP authentic toners.

 

After installing the new toner, the issue did not resolve.

 

Here is a pic of the supply status showing everything at 100% but the magenta and cyan are very faint. Yellow and Black look OK.

 

The issue seems to be printer specific as I get the same poor results if I do a test via the printer or computer/tablet. I have tried to print on other devices as well. No luck.

 

Here is what I have tried:

Updated driver

Updated firmware

Restored to factory settings

Clean printhead

Took toner and reinstalled

 

Any ideas? Thanks!
