Product: HP officejet pro 6968

My HP officejet pro 6968 won’t print blue. I’ve done all the trouble shooting, print head seems to be clean, alignment is good, & all the cartridges are new. I stuck a flashlight in and discovered globs of magenta (& some green) ink on the bottom-right of the inside of the printer. What now?
