I have a smear across the pages. I have cleaned the heads. Done the smear thing on the menu. Changed the ink cartridges and wiped the rollers (in the machine) Don't know what else to do.  Help! Please. Thanks

I see you are experiencing smear across the pages with the HP Printer. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Make sure that the ink is completely dry on the paper before handling the printout.
  • Many papers have printing and non-printing sides. Load the paper with the print-side down.

  • Check the print settings

  • Clean the ink nozzle area

  • For further help click on this link

  • Service or replace your HP product if the issue persists.
