How can I change the name of my EWS printer email address?

You will need to log into your smart account and change the email address there. Go to HPSMART.com, login. You will see a list of your printers. Click the change settings option under your printer and you will go to settings and usually the change email name option will popup in a window like this

Unless I have misread what you are wanting to do this should take care of it.
