Im experiencing a problem with my printer. For some reason it wouldn't print even though I had absolutely no problems yesterday. I attempted to print off a document, and this didn't even seem to go through to the printer. I waited five minutes to no avail and tried it again. Nothing.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I removed the printer from my laptop. However, when I tried to reconnect the printer to my laptop, the printer doesn't even show up.

Hi @anonymouslad,
I'd like to help!
To assist better -
- How is the printer connect to the device USB or wireless?
- Are the printer and Mac connected to the same network?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Meanwhile, Try an RPC.
To prepare your printer for a wireless connection, restart the printer, computer, and router
- Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
- Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
- Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
- Turn on the computer.
Try an print.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
