Hello,
As a first step, please follow the instructions in the HP link below.
If the issue continues, please reset the printer as follows:
- On the printer control panel, click four times on the back arrow (the arrow is inactive).
- A hidden menu will appear, click Support menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.
Don't hesitate to contact me in case of need.
Best regards,

I was not able to make the back arrow stay on to press 4 times. I checked the whole printer front, back and inside the printer cartridge for paper jam or any paper residue. I found none. Is that error code mean a paper jam?
Thank you for your help
