Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Good Evening,

I was unable to print wirelessly therefore I performed a network reset on the unit. When I restarted the machine I proceeded to go back to the Network settings in order to enter the relevant Wireless information however I was presented with the error "The feature has been locked by your Administrator or the person who set up your printer."

I am unsure what the issue is with this as I am the one who set this printer up. I did assign a password to the machine and with this I have no option to enter it in order to unlock any features (usually there is an option under "Tools".).

After some research through the forums I printed off a Wireless Test and the results were a single FAIL for Wireless On.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Mark

What was required was a Semi-Full reset, which once preformed resturned the device to its semi reset state and allowed me to change the settings as I required.
