my printer, laserjet 600 m602 is displaying 49.38.07 error. please how can i solve this problem.

First step to try is to isolate the printer. Remove any network or USB connections and restart. If device comes to ready when not connected then you likely have a stale or corrupted print job or driver. You need to clear your printer spooler and then reconnect. If the error still occurs, then uninstall and reinstall the drivers, clearing the print spooler first.

If above does not fix the error try updating the firmware.
