HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Tried the several suggested fixes from the forums to get the printer start up past the dot loading screen. Nothing seems to work. Can anyone advise how to do a hard reset on this printer? Not sure why it seems to be some big secret in these forums when a lot of people are experiencing the same issues.

I'd like to help!

 

appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 
 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
