After updated my printer (C309n) via the HP Support Assistent if does not print black.

I tried a new (original) black cartridge but no succes

Display gives the status that black cartrige is full but the printout gives me info that the black cartridge is empty.

Do you experience the same issue when making photocopies?

 

If You are unable to print in black while making Photocopies, cleaning the Printhead and check if that helps. Please refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-premium-touchsmart-web-all-in-one-printer-series-...
